About The Position

Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialist, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, to build their careers in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. The role emphasizes patient care, professional advancement, competitive compensation, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth. Upstream Rehabilitation is a national network with over 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, focusing on leveraging data, technology, and innovation to reduce administrative tasks and allow therapists to concentrate on patient care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
