About The Position

Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialist, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, to build their careers in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. The role emphasizes patient care, professional advancement, competitive compensation, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth. Clinicians will be responsible for developing individualized, evidence-based care plans, delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, collaborating with peers in a supportive team environment, building lasting connections with patients and local providers, and continuously learning through Upstream’s education and development programs. Upstream Rehabilitation is a national network with over 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, focusing on leveraging data, technology, and innovation to reduce administrative tasks and allow therapists to concentrate on patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
