We are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Physical Therapist to service our patients throughout the Macon area. Physical Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. This is a full-time 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday). Requirements

Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board
A current license to practice in the state of SC.
Current CPR Certificate.
Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
Ability to utilize electronic documentation required'
At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for

Nice To Haves

Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health Preferred

Responsibilities

Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format.
Perform complete physical assessment, while providing health education and counseling.
Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources.
Use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law, respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients, obtain appropriate authorization and consents for treatments, review patients medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course.
Market and provide community education.
