Requirements

  • Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in geriatrics or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work some weekday hours to accommodate resident needs.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Applicants must have an active Ohio Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
