About The Position

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient practice. In this role, you will assess patient needs, provide treatment, and support recovery through practical, goal-based care. Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates may be considered

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Use movement-based treatment methods and exercise instruction
• Follow patient progress and make plan changes when needed
• Help patients understand their recovery process and home program
• Complete all required notes and records on time
