Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active or temporary Physical Therapist license in the State of Connecticut.
  • New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, and injuries.
  • Collaborate closely with OAH physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, hand therapy, dry needling, osteoporosis, and work-related injuries.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and contribute to a supportive, patient-first environment.
  • Opportunity to observe surgeries onsite to enhance clinical understanding and treatment planning.
