About The Position

Overview RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN. RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area. RiverView is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Responsibilities Physical Therapist (PT)- On-Call Status Location: Hospital / outpatient Position Status: PRN Schedule: Scheduled as needed. Pay Range: $44.40 - $62.17 (based on experience) including a weekend and holiday rotation. The PT will work as a member of our physical therapy team to evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient, inpatient, and sub-acute settings. The PT is expected to effectively and professionally interacting with patients, family members, and other health care team members while maintaining RiverView Health standards of behavior. Requirements

Current clinicians : Current State of Minnesota license as a Physical Therapist/ PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist / PT.
Current American Heart BLS certification. If not held currently, training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire.
Current students : Clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Requiring passing score on NPTE within 3 months of hire.
