About The Position
AVIR AT TOWN CREEK, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a diverse adult and geriatric rehabilitation population. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in gait, wheelchair positioning, wound care, cognition, functional mobility, balance, wound care, and many more. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization! Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
