Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Maine
Early-career PT (1–5 years experience preferred) who is eager to learn
Strong foundation in orthopedic PT and interest in balance/vestibular care (willing to certify in pelvic health is a plus)
Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered
Values teamwork and long-term growth

Nice To Haves

willing to certify in pelvic health is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based care in orthopedics, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab (Pelvic health interest is welcome but not required)
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with teammates to support a positive clinic culture
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and skill development
