Requirements

PT licensure (or eligible) for state licensure.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
Create personalized, goal-driven care plans
Collaborate closely with a team of supportive clinicians and staff
