About The Position
This role is for a Physical Therapist who enjoys practical problem-solving. You’ll see patients, assess mobility and strength, and map out the steps to get them back to walking, lifting, working, and living with less pain. Each visit is about measurable progress better range of motion, improved function, and a plan patients can follow.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current California Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinicals)
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and functional movement assessments
- Build and update treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Provide skilled interventions including exercise instruction and manual techniques
- Reassess outcomes regularly and update goals as progress changes
- Coach patients through safe form and pacing during sessions
- Create and review home exercise programs for carryover
- Complete charting and comply with clinic policies and standards
