Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
- Minimum 1 year PT experience; Home Health/OASIS experience preferred
- Physical exam within last 6 months
- Valid TB test (within 12 months) & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & proof of auto liability insurance
- Must attend 1–2 day orientation in Stamford, CT
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

- WellSky (Kinnser) software experience preferred
