About The Position
Evaluates, plans, and implements physical therapy treatment programs to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment. Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.
Requirements
- Graduate from a Physical Therapist program
- BLS
- Alabama Physical Therapy License
- Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of physical therapy
- Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions
- Alabama Physical Therapy license with clinical specialty
