Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient first approach
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and interpret findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness
- Track progress and document patient outcomes accurately
- Ensure compliance with state practice standards and clinic policies
