About The Position
Sutter Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a robust benefits package. As a key member of the rehabilitation team, the Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement programs to enhance patient mobility, alleviate pain, and address disabling conditions. The position involves developing workflows and clinical protocols within a supportive company culture and offers flexible daytime scheduling. The role is full-time, day shifts, with varied weekdays and weekends as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school
- PT-Physical Therapist certification
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
- AUTO-Automobile Insurance
- 5 years of recent relevant experience
- Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing solutions
- Critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently
- Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements
- Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements
- Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies
- Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills
- Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities
- Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills
- Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement
Responsibilities
