About The Position

The Rural Health Enterprise (RHE) and Washington Healthcare Staffing Network (WHSN) support rural healthcare across Washington State. WHSN is a clinician-focused staffing agency owned by 23+ rural hospitals, connecting clinicians with meaningful work in the communities that need them most. We’re seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) for multi-week contracts at rural Washington hospitals. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, acute care, and swing bed. Location: Various rural hospitals throughout Washington Employment Type: M ulti-week contracts available Pay Scale: $17.13-$60.00

Requirements

• Active Washington State PT license
• 1+ year PT experience (acute care preferred)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Background check and drug screen
• Education and licensure verification
• Pre-employment competency testing
• Occupational health screening

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Document care per facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
