About The Position

We are searching for a Physical Therapist to work in a private outpatient clinic serving children in Winchester, Kentucky. Requirements

- Degree from an accredited APTA program.
- Valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number is required.
- Current and valid KY Physical Therapy license.
- Professional Liability Insurance required.

Responsibilities

- Screens and evaluates patients.
- Develops appropriate plan of care documentation.
- Work with patients to reach all long and short term goals set by therapist and families.
