About The Position
The physical therapist provides exemplary patient care for established and works with other providers in a team-based treatment approach. The provider must be adept at conducting patient evaluations, treating a variety of musculoskeletal issues, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and communicating well with other providers to assist in the best care for patients.
Requirements
- Active State License
- Comfortable with facilitating a comprehensive treatment plan for patients and referring patients for conservative therapies and interventional treatments
Responsibilities
- Guide therapeutic exercises.
- Utilize Physical Therapy Assistants to help in the treatment of patients.
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.
- Proactively work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate the Company’s values of excellence, poise, leadership and service.
- Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team.
