About The Position

Physical Therapist (PT) Citrus Heights Post Acute $60–$68/hour Citrus Heights Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting, we’d love to meet you. Requirements

  • Current California Physical Therapist license
  • Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred (new grads welcome!)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document treatments and patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and mobility goals
