POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical therapy license or license eligible.
- CPR certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with the physician’s orders.
- Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, treatment plan and creates goals for the patient according to their evaluation.
- Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Maintains patient records confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Complies with the Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy Act, codes, and regulations.
