About The Position
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient care in a full-time weekday role. You will help patients improve mobility, manage pain, rebuild strength, and work toward practical recovery goals. This is a strong fit for someone who values patient education, structured treatment planning, and a schedule that allows for focused, consistent care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and set measurable treatment goals
- Design treatment plans based on patient needs and progress
- Lead exercise-based therapy sessions and functional retraining
- Apply manual therapy and other treatment techniques as needed
- Review patient progress and update plans regularly
- Educate patients on home programs and safe movement patterns
- Maintain documentation that meets clinic and compliance standards
