Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team. Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, rehabilitative care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide skilled therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other care team members to support patient-centered outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and safe mobility practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Uphold the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism
