About The Position
Our private outpatient practice is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients make steady, measurable progress. You’ll assess physical limitations, design treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and support patients through recovery in a setting built around one-on-one care. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a stable full-time role with a realistic pace.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Good clinical judgment and time management
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and identify treatment priorities
- Create personalized plans of care for orthopedic and functional needs
- Deliver direct treatment through exercise instruction, manual therapy, and movement retraining
- Reevaluate progress and update treatment plans as patients improve
- Educate patients on recovery steps and home programs
- Keep documentation complete and up to date
