About The Position
If you're an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact — this is your opportunity. At Cole Health, we are expanding in Pearland and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite — giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
- Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment
