About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hollywood, FL is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with a strong background in vestibular rehabilitation to join our growing outpatient clinic.

We are looking for a motivated clinician with 5–7 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career — with a clear growth track and direct pathway to a Clinical Director role.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• 5–7 years of outpatient experience required
• Strong vestibular rehabilitation experience required
• Experience treating balance and dizziness disorders
• Leadership mindset with interest in clinic management
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide advanced vestibular and balance rehabilitation
• Treat orthopedic conditions using evidence-based care
• Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and fall prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Mentor staff and assist with clinic growth initiatives
