About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient setting where one-on-one treatment is part of the daily workflow. In this role, you will evaluate patients, guide treatment sessions, build recovery plans, and help individuals improve movement and function in a meaningful way. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants a professional setting with a more focused patient load.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Good clinical judgment and time management
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and set treatment goals
- Design individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
- Provide skilled therapy using exercise, mobility work, and manual treatment
- Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans to support continued progress
- Educate patients on exercise routines and long-term recovery habits
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
