About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Deerfield Beach, FL. This full-time role focuses on evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and helping individuals improve movement, reduce pain, and return to daily activities with more confidence. The position allows for one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring thoughtful and unhurried patient care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify therapy goals
- Create treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate techniques
- Monitor recovery and update care plans as needed
- Teach patients exercises and movement strategies for home use
- Complete accurate documentation for each visit
