About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services throughout the North Kansas City region. This role focuses on evaluating patients and developing personalized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and help patients recover from injury or illness. Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Implement therapy programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Help patients manage pain and improve overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
