Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in the Houston area. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services focused on helping children develop strength, mobility, coordination, and independence in their everyday environments. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Texas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health environment
- Passion for helping children reach developmental milestones

- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate
