About The Position
Physical Therapist Location: Estero, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary Do you believe in quality over quantity when it comes to patient care? Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and design tailored treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on hands-on techniques and personalized exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to meet evolving needs
- Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle adjustments for long-term health
- Keep detailed, accurate records of patient treatments and progress
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike
