Why Choose Canyon Springs: • Competitive PRN - $65+ • Full-time option includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and bonus opportunities • Continuous clinical training and professional-growth pathways • Friendly environment with experienced rehab and nursing teams Your Role: • Evaluate patients and design evidence-based treatment plans; secure physician approvals. • Deliver hands-on therapy in accordance with the plan of care and state practice act. • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and coach Restorative Aides. • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, recertifications, and treatment modifications accurately and on time. • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team; attend care conferences and utilization reviews as needed. • Educate patients, families, and staff on home-exercise programs and safe mobility techniques to support successful discharge. • Recommend and coordinate durable medical equipment (braces, walkers, grab bars, etc.). • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly. Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and relate positively to patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning.
