The New England Baptist Hospital is seeking a passionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in orthopedic and complex spine care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy in a setting that emphasizes quality over quantity, with 1-hour initial evaluations and 45-minute follow-up sessions, all conducted one-on-one. Job Description: Conduct thorough 1-hour initial evaluations to develop comprehensive, patient-specific treatment plans. Provide 45-minute follow-up sessions , ensuring continuity and progression of care. Treat a diverse caseload with an emphasis on complex spine and general orthopedic conditions. Utilize current evidence-based practices and clinical reasoning to guide treatment. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehabilitation team members to deliver cohesive care. Educate patients on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and prevention techniques. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner, consistent with clinic and regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date. Demonstrates experience or strong interest in orthopedic and spine rehabilitation . Excellent manual therapy skills and comfort with complex clinical presentations. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred. Why Join Us? Pay Range: $39.50 - $55.31 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law. Requirements

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
