Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functionality. Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, tailored to each patient’s goals. Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, including exercises and prevention strategies. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist
  • Intensive education and clinical expertise
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Drive to continually learn and grow
  • Professional behavior
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid Alabama license to practice physical therapy
  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
  • Physical Therapy License (Alabama)
