Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred
- Home health and OASIS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Make clinical decisions independently and use your expertise to its fullest
- Build meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients in their own homes
- Provide skilled visits that address the full scope of a patient's needs in their home, helping them overcome real challenges and make meaningful progress in their daily life and recovery
