Requirements
- Current State Physical Therapist License
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Compliance with all state regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and interpret clinical test results
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy techniques
- Create personalized fitness-focused rehabilitation programs
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Follow all regulatory, clinical, and safety guidelines
