About The Position

Position: Physical Therapist - Weekends Outpatient at Home- Louisville,KY Location: Covering Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham Schedule: PRN, weekends 2 weekends/month Compensation: $65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help on an as-needed basis to cover 2 weekends a month working with our outpatient in home teams. We pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that is suited for you! Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
