Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapy License is required
  • Current Texas Physical Therapy License is required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
