About The Position

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Bonita Springs. The work is straightforward and meaningful: evaluate patients, treat movement problems, guide recovery, and help people get back to daily activities with more confidence and less pain. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule and enough time with each patient to provide focused care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and establish treatment goals
• Design individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Provide direct treatment using exercises, stretching, and manual therapy
• Reevaluate patient response and adjust treatment when appropriate
• Instruct patients on home programs and safe movement techniques
• Keep documentation current, complete, and compliant
