About The Position

Seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to service Edinburg and surrounding areas. We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, we are offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first. Job Description: The Physical Therapist contracted or employed by the agency is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions defined in the Service Agreement. Must be able to evaluate the patient’s condition and develop an individualized plan tailored to each client based on the physician’s orders. Help clients enhance strength, range of motion, flexibility, and minimize pain or discomfort. Full Time Salary 95k with 5k retention 28 visit quota weekly. (SOC, RECERT, EVALS, VISITS) MUST SEE ADULTS/PEDIATRICS SCHEDULE: AM/PM AND EVENING PATIENTS (AFTER SCHOOL)

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in TX
Work experience of at least one (1) year as a Physical Therapist (PT) with adult and pediatric experience
Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System (EMR)

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC).
Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
Be willing to travel within an established radius.
Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
