Part time physical therapist working with elderly. Job share position with other physical therapist .Flexible hours. Must possess NJ license Physical Therapist Hours - Part Time Shift - 1st Location - PACE New Jersey Trinity Health LIFE New Jersey (THLNJ) is seeking a part time physical therapist, for its location in Pennsauken, NJ. This position will be a job share with current physical therapist with 40 hrs per pay cycle and flexible days. THLNJ is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The goal of PACE programs is to ensure that members age in place versus a nursing facility. This PT will provide both case management and hands on care for participants who meet nursing home level of care. Benefits of joining a winning team! Minimum one (1) year of working with a frail or elderly population as a physical therapist. Must be customer focused, decisive, and flexible. Requirements
