Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Compassionate clinician with strong clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with medically complex and geriatric populations
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Design functional, goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence
- Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
- Educate residents and families to support safe transitions and long-term success
- Document care accurately while collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes
