About The Position

The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care across the continuum of care. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams to support optimal patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with professional standards and facility protocols.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with an active state license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Current BLS certification required or obtained within required timeframe.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, though strong new graduates may be considered depending on setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and patient communication abilities required.
