About The Position
Our private outpatient practice is hiring a Physical Therapist to support patients through recovery, mobility improvement, and strength building. The work is hands-on and practical: evaluating physical function, creating treatment plans, guiding therapy sessions, and helping patients reach measurable goals. This role is a strong fit for someone who values consistent hours, one-on-one attention, and a clinic environment focused on quality over volume.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- New graduates with strong outpatient training may be considered
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and identify patient treatment needs
- Build individualized care plans based on diagnosis, function, and goals
- Provide direct treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
- Measure outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress
- Instruct patients on home exercise programs and recovery steps
- Keep documentation complete, accurate, and on time
