The Physical Therapist diagnoses and treats patients with medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. The physical therapist provides a variety of health care services centered on the unique and individual needs of each patient according to the plan of care, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a full range of services, and participates in team-based continuous improvement. It has a dedicated group of seasoned PT staff, offering support and collaboration as part of an interdisciplinary team. The therapy team consists of 4 PTs, 1 PTA, 2 OTs, and 1 SLP.
