TheraFit Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is a physical therapist-owned private practice that has been providing exceptional physical therapy services since 2003. We have two locations in Fayetteville, TN, and Hazel Green, AL. We have a strong, collaborative team of therapy professionals committed to working with each other. Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
