About The Position

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned. This position evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance, and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required
  • Must have a valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
  • Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
  • Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to work in team environment
