Requirements

  • Applicants should have current North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy License and possess a bachelor's degree.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
  • BLS is required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.
  • Administers treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
  • Accurately documents in a timely manner, all patient related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines.
  • Participates in departmental operational activities such as the budget, clinical quality, clinical education, infection control, departmental safety and team building programs.
