About The Position
An outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach is looking for a Physical Therapist to join its full-time team. This position is focused on helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, recover from surgery or injury, and build physical function through personalized treatment. You will be responsible for evaluating each patient, setting treatment goals, and providing care that is both practical and measurable.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition, range of motion, strength, and functional limitations
- Design treatment plans with clear goals and measurable milestones
- Carry out therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s condition and progress
- Review outcomes and revise treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients on exercises, prevention strategies, and post-treatment care
