About The Position
Palo Duro Nursing Home, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best care to patients and residents and wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. The role involves working with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance, and more. The company provides on-going training and career development opportunities and is in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules are also available. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK, committed to in-house therapy, patient joy, developing leaders, and quality of care.
