About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Pelican Bay, Naples, FL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist, including new graduates, to join a mentorship-focused outpatient clinic committed to high-quality, unhurried care.

This role is ideal for clinicians looking to strengthen orthopedic skills, gain hands-on experience in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and grow long-term in a supportive environment. Our clinic uses Prediction Health with Prompt AI to support outcomes and treatment planning.

Requirements

• Florida-licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
• New grads welcome; 1–5 years experience encouraged
• Solid orthopedic foundation
• Interest in balance/vestibular rehab
• Coachable, team-oriented, patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Treat primarily adult and senior patients
• Provide evidence-based care in: Outpatient orthopedics Balance & vestibular rehabilitation Neurological rehabilitation
• Build strong patient relationships
• Complete timely documentation
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing skill development
