PHYSICAL THERAPIST / OUTPATIENT / $12,500 Sign-On Bonus R|O|C Physical Therapy, the Leader in Outpatient Physical Therapy for the Greater Phoenix area, is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our SAN TAN VALLEY Clinic. Established in 2018, R|O|C Physical Therapy is a PT owned and community-focused practice, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a nurturing environment for our team. Requirements

• Must be a graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.
